Lassen steel sheet pile:

Lassen steel sheet pile is driven into the ground with construction equipment, such as the pile driver or vibratory hammer, to build a recyclable continuous steel wall that can retain soil and water. It features small floor space and simple and fast construction, and can be used in projects including cofferdams and deep foundation pits.

Steel H beam:

Steel H-beams are inserted into the cement soil to form an enclosure wall, which can be applied to the deep foundation pit work with various geology, such as soil, round gravel and strongly weathered rocks, within the excavation depth of 15 m.

PLC pile:

It refers to the continuous enclosure wall, which is formed through connecting the Larsen steel sheet pile and steel tube with the lock buckle. It is suitable for cofferdams and deep foundation pit engineering with various soils within the depth of 20 m.

HLC pile:

It refers to a new type of continuous enclosure walls formed by combining the Larsen steel sheet pile and HLC pile. It is suitable for cofferdams and deep foundation pit engineering within the excavation depth of 15 m.

HC strut:

It refers to a support form with larger stiffness and space, which is formed with the profile steel combination by adopting special components, such as large triangle power transmission parts. It is mainly used in deep foundation pit engineering of the industrial and civil construction.

Steel strut:

It mainly serves as a component to control deformation in foundation pit engineering, and it is divided into two types by material form: the steel tube and profile steel. Both types can achieve full bolt connection and are featured with simple construction and recycling. Additionally, the steel strut can serve as the vertical support component in the bridge work.

Trench strut:

The new overall trench strut system comprises the H300 profile steel with specific specifications, strengthening rib as the purlin, supporting spreader, adjustable head component, standard steel tube and end component. It is suitable for narrow width (1-4 m), shallow excavation depth (1-6 m) and trench type pits with small space. In addition to the advantages of simple support and traditional steel support, it also features the following advantages, such as the novel design, simple structure, easy to use, easy to overlap and convenient construction. The main business scenarios include cable trenches, sewage lines, running water pipelines and drainage culverts in building and engineering construction projects, new pipeline new construction and relocation in municipal roads (high-grade highways) and other pipeline projects.

Steel strut (the steel tube and profile steel) axial force servo system:

It is suitable for the engineering projects that minimize the deformation of foundation pits. The steel strut axial force servo system can ensure the safety of steel struts and achieve automatic compensation for the prestress of steel struts to ensure that the prestress loss is zero.

Strut axial force multi-point synchronous loading system:

The maximum of 8 support points can be synchronously loaded with one key one time, making the steel strut prestress loading efficient, precise, safe and traceable.

Foundation pit monitoring system:

After the technology of the Internet of Things (IoT) is applied to the foundation pit monitoring, the automatic detection, remote monitoring, data collection without interruption, wireless data transmission and other functions can be achieved to ensure the safe operation of foundation pits in all aspects.
II. Bridge construction equipment: Bailey bridge, steel cofferdam, Bailey trestle

Bailey bridge

It is built with the steel tubular piles, bearing beams, Bailey supports, distribution beams and bridge deck system, featuring recyclable materials, short construction period, and environment-friendly construction.

Steel cofferdam

The Larsen steel sheet piles and steel sheet piles are used as components of the enclosure pile and steel purlins and steel struts are set internally to balance the external force. All materials can be reused to reduce the cost and make the construction environment-friendly. The construction can be completed with conventional equipment in a short period of time. It is easy to use the pilot hole equipment, and the enclosure pile can access rocks.

Bailey trestle

It is built with steel tubular piles, sand boxes, bearing beams, Bailey supports and distribution beams. The materials can be reused multiple times on the site according to the actual cast-in-situ beam process. They are environment-friendly, can be installed and disassembled quickly and can satisfy the needs on crossing roads, crossing rivers and protecting traffic.
